[All] A review of a local ENT clinic I visited for cold symptoms, with friendly and thorough treatment!

There used to be an ENT clinic in my neighborhood with an elderly director, but perhaps due to his advanced age, he stopped seeing patients one day. Still, since it was the closest clinic, I visited. The facilities are much cleaner, and there are more medical staff now. The doctor is kind, and the nurses are incredibly friendly as well. Whenever I caught a cold, I used to feel better after getting a check-up, treatment, and injections. However, I was pleased that the newly opened director is also kind and provides excellent care. I was satisfied because he examined me very thoroughly, explained everything well, and was very friendly. With the facilities having improved so much, I think it would be good to continue visiting in the future.
