I recently visited Seocho Madi Hospital for the first time and was highly satisfied overall. The flow from registration to the consultation was well-organized, allowing me to move quickly without getting lost. In particular, the nurses approached me first and provided thorough guidance on necessary matters, so I felt no discomfort despite it being my first visit. In the consultation room, the doctor calmly explained my current symptoms and possible causes, and clearly assessed whether tests were necessary without unnecessary ones, which instilled confidence in me. The tests did not take long, and the results were explained in an easy-to-understand manner, leaving me with a clear understanding of future management methods. Overall, the hospital interior was clean and the waiting area was spacious, allowing me to receive treatment without stress. It was such a positive experience that I would like to visit again.
